New York Traffic Tickets
 
While there a few hundred different types of violations under the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law,  the majority of tickets issued by the police and New York State Troopers are for speeding, crossing over hazard markings, unsafe lane change, cell phone violations, portable electronic device violation, texting tickets, suspended license, HOV violations, failing to signal, passing a stop sign, red light violations, failing to yield, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, reckless driving, passing a school bus, revoked registration, trucking violations, driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired due to drugs and tickets for no insurance.
